The User and CashBoi have a legal agreement in this agreement. By installing, accessing, or using the Services, or by electronically accepting (e.g., clicking "I Agree"), the User consents to these terms. The User is not permitted to use the Services if they accept this Agreement. The laws of Bangladesh shall govern this license agreement and be followed in its interpretation.

Terms and Conditions Modification

There may be periodic updates to these terms in the future. By visiting this page on a regular basis, the user agrees to check our terms and conditions. If the user continues to use the service or access it, they are indicating that they accept the modification.

Its responsibility to users is restricted to those who downloaded the CashBoi app and clicked the "I Agree/Login" button to read the terms and conditions.

The services' description

We provide an array of services including Inventory management, Invoicing, Reporting tools, Estimate/Order Form creation, and so on to serve as a complete business management Software ("Service" or "Services"). The User may use the Services for his/her personal and business use or internal business purposes in the organization that he/she represents. The User may download the application from the Official website/ Google Play Store using the Internet. Once downloaded, the User no longer needs an internet connection for its usage. A User can create and add content to his/her account while staying offline. However, the User is responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the device necessary to use the Services. ( Side Note: HishabPati tries its best to make Businesses compliant with taxation and other laws as much as possible. However, it is solely the User’s responsibility to see that he/she remains compliant with laws levied by the Government. HishabPati is not in any case responsible with the violation of the compliance caused by software).

Acceptance of Messages, Alerts, and Marketing Initiatives

A user agrees to the following terms in addition to the standard CashBoi Services terms:

• The user consents to receive commercial, transactional, and promotional messages from CashBoi by push notifications, email, SMS, and phone calls.
• Users may get promotional communications under specific circumstances, and CashBoi will not be held responsible for sending them in the future.
