• Order/Estimate Creation
• Barcode Scanning

Users may download the app from our website or Google Play. Offline functionality is limited; internet access is required for syncing and backups.

Disclaimer: While we aim to assist with tax compliance and legal tracking, it is the user's responsibility to comply with applicable laws. CashBoi is not liable for misuse, data inaccuracies, or non-compliance.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Comply with local laws and regulations
• Protect account credentials and access
• Remain responsible for all business transactions and data entered into the platform

6. Communications and Notifications

By registering, you consent to receive:

• Account-related updates and transactional messages
• System alerts and feature announcements
• Marketing content (optional — you can opt out anytime)

7. Subscription & Payment

CashBoi operates on a monthly or annual subscription model. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

8. Account Termination

Both the user and CashBoi have the right to terminate the account at any time. Data should be backed up by the user before termination. Access to services ends immediately upon termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, and trademarks are owned by CashBoi. No part of the platform may be copied or repurposed without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

CashBoi is not responsible for indirect damages, business loss, or service interruption. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid within the past 12 months.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Dhaka.
